1. Deposit: 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking (a booking is only considered confirmed on receipt of deposit)

2. No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
3. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
4. Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
5. Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.

1. Late bookings: bookings made 7 days or less require full payment at the time of booking
2. Check in – 14:00 – 20:00
3. Check out: 10:00 (failure to do so will entitle Bietjie Moeg Guesthouse / Self Catering to charge for an additional night, unless otherwise agreed with Management)
4. No pets allowed.
5. No cheques accepted.
6. CHILD POLICY: Kids under 3 stay free, 4-10 minimum charge and over 11 are charged at adult rate.
7. It is advisable to ensure that your travel insurance covers you in case of loss, due to cancellation.
8. Rooms are subject to availability and Bietjie Moeg Guesthouse / Self Catering reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.
9. Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room(s) rate for the originally booked dates (unless otherwise agreed with Management)
10. Bietjie Moeg Guesthouse / Self Catering does not allow smoking in its rooms and public areas; however, smoking is permitted in the garden.
11.  Bietjie Moeg Guesthouse / Self Catering does not accept any responsibility for theft or for damage to the guest’s goods – valuables can be kept safely in the guest’s room.
12. Guests of Bietjie Moeg Guesthouse / Self Catering can freely make use of the facilities; however, the use of our facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
13. Damage to the Bietjie Moeg Guesthouse / Self Catering’s building or contents thereof, caused by its guest(s), will be added to the guest(s) bill. (this includes damage to mattress’s, bed linen, and towels)
14. No booking at Bietjie Moeg Guesthouse / Self Catering will be accepted if the guest does not agree with the Terms & Conditions, mentioned above.

Responsibility: Bietjie Moeg Guesthouse / Self Catering and its staff exercise every care possible. However, we assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity in connection with our services. Guests will also be asked to settle any extras on departure.
